19. To Attach a File 1. Click “Attach Files”

20. 2. Click “Choose File”

21. An “Open” Box will Pop-up

22. 3. Find the File You Want to Attach Then Click “Open”

23. Once You Select Your File, You Will See the File Name Next to “Choose File”

25. The File Name Will Change to a Link- You can click on this to see if it’s the correct file before submitting.
