Joining SVI and Managing Settings
Auto Accept Requests: If checked, all new monitoring requests will be automatically accepted. Otherwise, each new request will require individual acceptance. Share More: If checked, SVI will provide Partner's C-TPAT tier and point of contact information to monitoring partners. Otherwise, SVI will only provide the company name and their C-TPAT Status, either certified or non-certified.

Certification Notice Sent Successfully Partners who wish to share their C-TPAT status with Non C-TPAT companies may send a certification through the portal.

Requests to Monitor Test company The default setting is “All Security Models”, however in instances of an organization that has multiple security models, users may select a specific one to monitor from.

Declining a SVI Request
Once a request is declined, all future requests from that security model are automatically blocked. To remove a block, click the “Remove Block” button.

Quitting SVI By clicking “Yes”, all existing monitoring links will be broken and they will have to be reestablished if you rejoin SVI.
