STIPD = STI Professional Development
What is STI PD? An electronic database of all certified employee’s professional development files including clock hours needed for recertification. (50 hours every 5 years)

How to login on STIPD https://pdweb.alsde.edu
Username: first initial, last initial, last 6 numbers of your SSN(i.e. jd234567) Password: birthdate as such (month-day-year) If you took the training and changed you password when asked to Password will be: school LEA: Limestone County Schools You will be prompted to change your username and password—Please leave username the same and change password to school

STIPD—How to enroll in a class
From HOME page Click “PD Titles” Click “View Session Offerings” Click “Calendar View” On today’s date at 1:00 pm, click “07-08 Local School Trainer – Session #1” Click “Enroll Now”

What happens after you enroll online?
The local school principal receives an requesting approval. Principal has three choices: Approve Deny Pending After approval or denial, teacher receives an of confirmation. Upon approval, they will attend the class. Credit will be given by the instructor after completion of the class. Teachers can view credit given in “My History”.

Why is it important to send previous PD Certificates?
Currently manually entering data. August 2006 – present Continue sending certificates even for online enrollment credits. Administrator sends certificate copies monthly to Kim Wales.
