Both France and Britain were worried that taking anymore would fuel and increase anti-Semitism feelings at home.
Neither country wanted anymore than they already allowed into their country’s.

5. What did the Nuremberg laws do?
Stripped the Jews of their civil rights and property if they tried to leave Germany.
Forced the Jews to wear a bright yellow Star of David (Jewish star) sewn to their clothes so that they could be easily identified.

Gangs of Nazi storm troopers attacked Jewish houses, businesses and synagogues.
