What effects your attitude towards physical fitness?
Self esteem plays a huge roll in your attitude towards physical fitness. Not understanding what it is and some people influence other peoples attitude towards physical fitness in a positive and negative way.

Physical fitness is a trend
What is physical fitness? The capacity of the whole body to function at optimum efficiency It is a trend because more people are now interested in physical fitness Examples – swimming, walking, jogging, basketball, ,weight training ETC…

Contributing health risk factors
Diabetes is a contributing risk factor that should not be ignored. diabetes is the inability of the body to produce or use insulin. insulin is necessary for the body to utilize glucose (sugar).

Primary health risk factors
Primary health risk factors associated with disease disability, or premature death. 9 risk factors Inactivity Obesity High blood pressure High levels of cholesterol Stress and tension Smoking Sex of individual Heredity Age

Benefits of exercise It improves your body image, improves your appearance , self control health. it increases your muscular strength and endurance and increases level of energy, improves physical performance, helps coping with stress and helps you succeed in school and at work. it also increases life expectancy.
