Prior to joining Ryder Marsh John worked in the nuclear industry and was responsible for implementing Behavioural Based Safety within his organisation as well as improving and developing Accident Investigation for his employers. Key questions John can help you answer We've tried to do different things in the past to try and improve our culture but nothing seems to stick, what can we do differently? There is usually a perception of fear within both our Managers and Workforce about the outcome of our internal accident and incident investigations, what can we do to change this? There is a real mistrust between the Workforce and Management in our organisation, what can we do to improve the level of trust?
