Over the last nine years with Ryder Marsh John has undertaken Safety Culture surveys in Europe, America & Asia and developed & implemented Safety Leadership, Behavioural Based Safety and Accident Investigation processes and programs internationally in various industries.
Prior to joining Ryder Marsh John worked in the nuclear industry and was responsible for implementing Behavioural Based Safety within his organisation as well as improving and developing Accident Investigation for his employers.
