Webquest Is also called a Web-based Lesson Plan is meant for a group of 3-5 students an information management tool for teachers to be used outside of classroom time A dynamic activity for students to work in a group This webquest will also serve as a Lesson Plan for the teaching with Web 2.0 tools

Features of Webquest - a useful tool for language learning purposes
Easy way for teachers to incorporate the internet into the language classroom without special technical knowledge Can be used simply as a linguistic tool that can also be interdisciplinary Encourage critical thinking skills including comparing, classifying, inducing, deducing, analyzing errors etc. Learners not able to repeat info they find but are guided towards a transformation of that info to achieve a given task Can be both motivating and authentic tasks and encourage learners to view the activities they are doing as something real or useful - leads to more effort, greater concentration and a real interest in task achievement.

Creating a Webquest Prepare detailed instructions in the webquest based on the template form OR SEE sample of a complete form AVAILABLE AT : USE AND TYPE THE WORD “TEMPLATE” AND “SAMPLE” TO FIND THE FORMS. CREATE YOUR WEBQUEST USING WIX.COM SITE. Once done - the link of the webquest to your students/users (3-5) to try out. “If” using Google Docs or Slides or Drawing etc, for students’ collaboration, instruct them to use the “share” function, share with you. Write a report on what you have gone through and why you have used these tools - Write a report

Instructions on report
Minimum 5 pages, use font 12 TNR, spacing 1.5 Intro - Name of webquest, objectives and target group, reasons and rationale for choosing the Web 2.0 tools or Google Apps Content 1 - What are expected of the students, describe the activities and how were the students evaluated, the process they went through and the outcomes Content 2 - Weaknesses and strengths of the Apps used, any problems during using the tool, the way you solve that problem, Conclusion - What have you discovered/explored (or not) Appendices - Samples of students’ work

Creating Teacher e-Portfolio
May incorporate multimedia - videos, songs, pictures,music, etc attach own materials i.e. own modules, class notes, previous test papers links to other resourceful websites i.e. study sheets, worksheets, study notes etc. hobbies or interest sections be creative

Compile your resources or artefacts into a folder or into Google Drive e.g. pictures, slides, teaching notes, sample exams, worksheets etc. Draw a story board or mind map of your TeP
