Our Classroom Expectations
1. Always follow the teacher’s directions. 2. Raise your hand to speak and wait your turn to be called on. 3. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself. 4. Be kind to others. Positive behavior is expected, encouraged, and rewarded with verbal praise and compliments, positive notes/ s home, and class rewards. I will be giving out “Fuzzies” as a positive incentive. The students will be able to cash in their “Fuzzies” on Friday’s for prizes/rewards! I will be using lego blocks in the classroom to encourage students to make good choices. Students will start each day with three lego blocks and be asked to turn in a lego if a poor choice is made and the class expectations are not followed. Your child has a behavior chart in their homework folder that will be marked if a lego or legos were collected and why (talking, not following directions, disrespectful, or other). Parent and student Agreement: I have read the classroom expectations and discussed them with my child.
