General Show Procedure:
Inventors pitch their products and ideas to a panel of investors. The inventor will negotiate to give up a certain amount of equity in the company in exchange for a comparable amount of money.

3. Assignment Details Create a business plan that includes:
A mission statement describing why your company exists and the role that it serves.
Description of your product and how it is different from anything that already exists.
Description of your competition and how your product fits in to the market you are trying to enter.
A marketing plan of where and how you will sell your product.
A summary of all revenue and expenses.

4. Assignment Details
You will then have five minutes to present your product and some of this information to a panel of inventors (teachers or fellow students) to evaluate your product design and marketing strategy.
