why should we care!? “As Tribal Regulators we need to be diligent with the new evolution of games. With the mobile phones and social media we see the future of gaming. The time is now to update our Jurisdictional Standards for these types of games and to be ready to regulate them. As we know, the Indian Gaming industry is the most regulated, and we have to protect the integrity of the games no matter what they are. So let’s unite together, to say that the Indian Gaming Regulators are ready to regulate iGaming.” ~Kenneth George, Jr.

Tribal Alliance Mission statement
The Tribal Alliance was formed to exercise and protect Tribal Sovereignty, to foster a level playing field with commercial gaming, and to ensure that regulators are ready to meet the needs of tribal casino operations. Objectives of the Tribal Alliance include the development and adoption of skill-based gaming and other technology standards by Tribal Nations for the benefit of all Indian Country. By participating in the Tribal Alliance, you share a united voice that is much larger than standing alone. Gaming manufacturers will soon recognize that working with the Tribes first will bring great advantages to them – and to the Tribal Alliance. Just as a gaming test laboratory and skill-based gaming manufacturers were consulted in the development of the standards, and they contributed, we need the Tribal Alliance to carry on the development of these and other important gaming standards. With the transformation of gaming that is currently underway in our industry, now is the right time to be at the forefront of controlling our tribal jurisdictions. The Tribal Alliance will be ready for emerging technologies and the modern casino client.
