4. Dangerous equipment -what can you do?
Service equipment at the recommended schedule.
Visually inspect all equipment before each shift.
Remove and repair any damaged equipment.
Intervene if you see unsafe equipment on site – speak up.
Stop the job if equipment makes it unsafe to continue.
