6 Family Life Center On November 11, 2007, the church voted to move forward in building a Family Life Center not to exceed $1.5 million dollars. The Family Life Center was built for a total of $1,362, On December 15, 2013, the church voted to borrow $300,000 from First Citizens Bank at a rate 3.5% for 15 years. Monthly payment would be $2, 82 individuals pledged $92,000 per year for three years to help pay for the building. First Year Giving (2012) $77,874.67 Second Year Giving (2013) $100,575.81 Third Year Giving (2014) $76,718.06 On October 24, 2017, the loan balance of $175, was paid in full. Family Life Center is now paid in full. The sale of the church parsonage on December 29, 2015, in the amount of $163, helped to pay the loan off at First Citizens for the Family Life Center. The church continues to have a Building Fund Savings Account and members are encouraged to continue to give to this account.
