2. Gabby Martinez is one of our future leaders at Workforce Solutions, Gabby utilizes I am Workforce Solutions Principles each day.

3. Gabby used her SUPERPOWERS by recognizing there should be a training for customers who want to learn how to navigate through WorkinTexas
Gabby took it upon herself to create a training  in order to show customers how to navigate in WIT
customers leave satisfied with the training
and able have express there is not a need to speak with an Employment Counselor

4. Gabby has been called upon for different workgroups, one was the Employment Counselor technical Workgroup  to assist in developing policies for the Employment Counselor position. 

5. Community Engagement
Astrodome has focused more on engaging the surrounding community, bringing our services to the community for those who cannot come to our office .
Gabby has worked with 2 agencies, Wesley Community Center who  provide short term trainings for customers who want to obtain a certificate in a Health occupation.   
Gabby built a relationship with the agency and before training is completed, Gabby has attended and spoke about Workforce Solutions services and provides WIT training.  In addition, Gulf Coast Community Center who offers different trainings in Business, Gabby  has extended our services to assist customers who are graduating from this training,  in addition to WIT training.   Gabby  follows up  with each student and assist with any  job search needs. 

6. Gabby accepts any task given to her she utilizes  I am Workforce Solutions to all of our customers, she definitely uses the customer’s perspective, she is a resource guide, always researching the latest resources to assist our customers and staff. 

7. I AM WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS.
Gabby is willing to assist everyone when she has to say no, she never lets any customer leave the door without some type of resource.   
she engages employers to assist in meeting their employment needs and often shares with staff how to recruit to assist employers.  Gabby  is always willing to go the extra mile for everyone and definitely represents
