Business problems that lead to evaluating CPM, adopting Prophix: Competition: Hyperion, Aderant In the early stages of their competitive analysis Gillian Turner, Director of Finance, identified that their OpEx budgeting was not complex and all of the prospective vendors would be able to handle those requirements. A major challenge for them was the detailed revenue planning they did at the "Timekeeper" level. The ability to handle and improve their revenue planning was the differentiating factor they were most interested in.

Business problems that lead to evaluating CPM, adopting Prophix: The effort and quality of the discovery session and one-on-one demo helped separate us from our competitors and gave Manatt confidence in our understanding of their need and our ability to execute. Our experience with Law firms and professional services organizations came shining through with strong reference calls. They were specifically impressed with the fact that we have customers who have been with us for 10+ years and through the major software rewrite. With a successful Phase 1 implementation there will be more licenses and scope expansion to come! Implementation: PHASE 1 ODBC importing/drill across Finance Model P&L planning/reporting forecasting Detailed Personnel Expense/Revenue Planning Benefits: With Prophix, MPP hopes to accurately forecast revenues from the hourly billings of their partners and associates, as well as track and drive employee productivity.
