1. Our mission is to acquire, develop, and preserve community assets in urban areas for a variety of community needs such as schools, affordable housing, and office space for nonprofits. Our assets consist of real estate and significant seed capital to be leveraged using public and private sources for future community investment. Our work includes land banking and community-inspired real estate development or, more concisely, community development. Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) was established to acquire, develop and preserve community assets in urban areas in order to address a variety of community needs
