2. Ordering Accredo medicines
Specialty medicines that are available for refill and renewal on the member website are displayed as an Accredo Rx.
Specialty medicines that do not appear must be ordered from Accredo directly.
Specialty medicines are not eligible for automatic refills.

3. Ordering from Accredo is easy
When member clicks Add to Cart to refill an order, a message displays about the required therapy questionnaire to follow during checkout.

4. Checkout and Medicine Review
During checkout, after clicks Process order on the Review your order page is clicked, the order is submitted.
The specialty medicine is then reviewed as in or out of scope:
If the medicine is out of scope, the member is advised to call a Patient Care Advocate (PCA).
If it is in scope, the first question appears.

5. Therapy Questions
Has your doctor changed the dose of your medicine since your prescription was last filled?
The response drives the next step:
“No” the therapy questionnaire appears (next slide)
“Yes” they are advised to call a Patient Care Advocate (PCA)

6. Therapy Questions
Therapy questions help identify any need for intervention by Accredo PCAs (e.g., dosage changes) or nurses (e.g., counseling pertaining to possible side effects).
Patients choose whether they would like standard supplies included, such as syringes for injectable medications.

7. Therapy Questions – Delivery Date
Member selects a convenient delivery date.
An alert will appear if the date might be too late; when it appears that the member could be out of medication by then.

8. Order Confirmation
After completing therapy questions, members reach the confirmation screen, where they can link back to their Therapy Questions, if needed

9. Track and Review Accredo Orders
Accredo branding is consistent throughout the ordering process, including Order status and Claims & balances.
