What are the assumptions about adult learners vs previous experiences in traditional education?

Each day in the classroom is designed through guiding questions
Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) are written to help focus our learning together
The readings and viewing of videos should be done in preparation for that class. (flipped classroom)
Some information my seem logical, but when you go to practice it ”on purpose” it can be a bit more difficult (Affect exercises)
