2. A small chateau that was built in 18th century and in 1998 it was refurbished and turned into a hotel. It is not used at present. There are twelve guest rooms and restaurant to seat 80 people. The chateau is connected to all the networks and there is gas heating.

8. The floor area of the building is 1500 m2 and the property is set in a plot of land of 3,200 m2. There is a house for the administrator with three rooms and garage. Situated approximately 90 km from Prague, 16 km to Teplice & 76 km to Dresden.
