Informs you of your costs, tuition, and if you have an out of pocket payment Payment due the first day of the term Late Fees: 1.5% added per month Past due accounts Paying your student account balance: Eagle Account My Profile (top right corner) Transactions and Running Balance Make online Payment Other helpful links (Balances, Monthly Statements, Manage Refunds)

Amount of credits impact your financial aid Determining amount you are eligible for Change amount of courses Add/Drop Only during the first week of the semester this option is available Can impact your tuition and financial aid Withdraw Anytime past the add/drop week Doesn’t impact your tuition charges or financial aid Academics and Finances

Notified one month after completed semester Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards Students must meet a minimum academic standard each semester Has completed at least 67% of their courses for the semester Freshman (0-29 credits) : 1.7 cumulative GPA Sophomore (30-59 credits) : 1.9 cumulative GPA Junior/Senior (60+ credits) : 2.0 cumulative GPA SAP Process For continued financial aid eligibility, students must also demonstrate they are progressing academically by completing at least 67% of their courses over two semesters Warning Suspension Must appeal in order to receive financial aid Dismissal
