9 DR 1117 V1 - MRC Consultation Change Request At Today’s Meeting:
MRC currently under review and two specific processes are under development: MP NI 506 Ability Testing Procedure - To provide a framework for Supplier Ability Testing and MP NI 507 Market Testing Procedure - To provide a framework for Supplier Market Testing. At Today’s Meeting: Classification as NI-Specific Requested 27th June 2012

10 DR 1123 V1 – TCC Field Validation on 017
Change Request An additional validation rule on 017 MM to make the Tariff Configuration Code (TCC) field mandatory when requesting Re-energisation of a prepayment meter. If the TCC is not provided when requesting Re-energisation of a prepayment meter a 117R MM will be sent to the Supplier with Reject Reason code: ITF - Invalid Tariff Configuration Code. At Today’s Meeting: Classification as NI-Specific Requested 27th June 2012

13 DR 1122 V1 – Introduction of Essential Plant into the Market Design
Background The traditional practice of ESBN has been not to de-energise essential plant for Non-Payment where Health & Safety issues may arise. This DR seeks to introduce a new flag to allow for an MPRN to be identified in the Central Market System as Essential Plant. 27th June 2012

14 Contd:- DR 1122 V1 – Introduction of Essential Plant into the Market Design
A new flag to be added to the Harmonised Data Definitions with the name Essential Plant Flag and schema name EssentialPlantFlag. The Harmonised Data Definition for Essential Plant Flag is "As and where an MPRN is determined to be Essential Plant, or where Essential Plant flag has been removed, then this flag will be highlighted." This flag will be a new Boolean Flag. value of 1 it will mean that there is essential plant at this MPRN value of 0 (exceptional) - there is not essential plant at this MPRN This field is proposed to be populated only where it has been determined that there is essential plant at the MPRN. The content of the flag will be made available on the Extranet and the downloadable meter point details file as well as certain messages that are indicated on the MCR At Today’s Meeting: Classification as Harmonisation Impacting and Recommendation for Approval 27th June 2012

15 DR 1097 V1.0 – New Order Status Code for Supplier timeout
To add a new Order Status code "SOTO" with the description of "Supplier Timeout" to be used where the Supplier has received market message 131[S] to re-schedule non-completed fieldwork and Supplier has not re-scheduled within 10 days.
