Adding Customers Setting up your new Customers is simple.
First, log in to your Joffice:

Next, click on Reports and Customer Registration.

Click on Add Customer Sale to register Customers and record sales purchased from your personal inventory.

You will only see available quantities for products you’ve personally purchased in the last 6 months. Select the items purchased, the quantity and the price paid.

Use the dropdown menu to select the date of sale and fill out the Customer information. Click Submit when finished.

You will have an opportunity to review the sale.
Click Submit to complete the sale and register the Customer.

When complete, you will advance to your sales history screen.

You can review sales by clicking on the word “Detail” next to each sale.

The best part of this Customer Registration system is the fact that you can use a browser on your mobile device to register sales and customers on the go!

Verifying Your Customer Requirements
You can locate your Active Customers by choosing New Customers in your Joffice.

Retail and/or Preferred Customers are considered Active and are qualifiers when they make a purchase within your current Qualification Cycle. Your Qualification Cycle is based on the Autoship date listed on your profile.
