1. If at all possible use your LanSchool program to help speed
up the process of logging each class into Map Testing by logging
the whole class in during the first few steps.

2. Hold down the “Control” button and press the “a” key which will highlight all of the computer screens at the same time.

3. Click the
“Remote Control Student” button to remote into all screens at the same time.

4. Fill in the username box with the correct username.1. 2.
Type the password in the “password” box. 3.
Finally.....click the “ok” button.

5. Note: As soon as you type in the first set (username & password)
Note: As soon as you type in the first set (username & password)....while still in LanSchool immediately click “Monitor” and then click “Stop Viewing or Remote Controlling”.
Then un-highlight and close LanSchool.
Watch your lab computer screens and when they have completed the first phase Open LanSchool again.
Highlight all the computers screens again and go to the next step

6. Type “proctor” + your building number in the “Name” box.1.

Then click the “Next” button.

7. First choose which subject is to be used.1.

Then click the “Add” button.

8. Click the subject you chose.1.
Then click the “Next” button. 2.

9. Type in the last name in the “Last Name” box.1.
Next....choose the correct name. 2.
Finally .....click the “Finish” button. 3.

10. Student should click “Start Test” to begin testing.

11. After a class leaves it is best to
always reboot all the computers to give
the computers a fresh set up. That
removes all spaces and caps locks.
