2. PowerForms Toolbar
The PowerForms toolbar contains actions that allow you to Sign Form, Save Form, Cancel, Clear and use the Clinical Calculator.
The title bar of the selected form will show the name of the form and the selected patient’s name.

4. PowerForm Layout
A notification of * within the PowerForm Navigator notates there is a required field within that PowerForm section. Required fields must be satisfied prior to charting the PowerForm.

5. PowerForm Sections Form Navigator
PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a blue background are the PowerForm section that is currently open.
PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a dark blue background are available and have been accessed, but are not currently open.
PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a light grey background are the PowerForms that are available but have not been accessed.
PowerForm section names in the Navigator with a grey background are conditional and are inaccessible until activated by an answer from another PowerForm field.
