Welcome to Clinical Documentation (PowerForms) Tutorial. This tutorial will give you general knowledge and an understanding of how to view and use PowerForms in an Ambulatory setting.

There are several ways to navigate through the content of the tutorial. A few methods include:
Click on left mouse button to proceed to the next slide.
