2 Activity Timing Reports on workshops from Kigali, Geneva and Nairobi Mid-July 09 Letter of information to the Ministers of Education on status of activities 03rd July 09 Completion of toolkit for piloting - Final writing by expert group / selected country represent. - Meeting of core editorial team in Geneva July to mid August 09 04th/05th August 09 Dissemination of toolkit in all aprticipating countries -Development of guidelines for pilot testing by GTZ -Planning and budgeting for workshops by country teams -Planning to be sent to IBE and GTZ -Agreement on activities with IBE and GTZ -1 day workshop in the countries -Report on country workshops to IBE/GTZ July 09 25th July 09 1st August 09 August/September 09 30th September 09
