Padded chest= Able to lay on chest to rest Travel in caravans (groups) Strong backs able to carry up to 400 pounds Thick lips= helps eat sticks/bones/sharp cacti, etc. Long, thick, double eyelashes= helps keep sand out of eyes Shaggy fur= insulates body to help regulate temperature; Keeps camel from sweating and losing water
