Microvesicles released by PC-3 cells.A, Microvesicles were isolated from PC-3 cells after 1, 2, and 3 days as indicated under “Experimental Procedures.” Caveolin-1 was then detected in lysates and microvesicles by Western blot. B, Microvesicles were isolated after 3 days from conditioned media of PC-3 cells. Sample buffer was added and proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomasie blue.
