Step 1. Update Your Agency Website Having an up to date agency website is now more important than ever before! Not only does it help your agencies digital presence, but it’s also a very important part of how you connect and begin building relationships with consumers. The image and reputation you portray on your website will now become an integral part of how you appear in each personalized proposal. Make sure that your content is current and fresh, up to date and a true representation of your agency. The way your agency information appears in every single eProposal will be pulled directly from your agency website. Here we see an agency website (top right) as well as how your agency information will be carried over to each and every eProposal (lower right). Agency Name Address Phone Number Address Hours of Operation Profile Photo Social Sites Awards & Services Specializations Languages Spoken TO DO: Look up your agency website online and read through all of your information (multi-location agencies should look up all sites). If you are missing any of the data points above or you notice something that needs to be updated – access Agent Website Management at to make updates or send an to your Marketing Consultant today and they will reach out to you to assist you with updates!
