The assignment – case story for the group
Imagine you are a contractor, and a client asks you to make him a new shed.
One of the clients friends is an architect and he has made a 3D model of the shed.
Now the client would like an offer rom your company (the group) to build the shed.
Because the client is very busy, he likes to plan every day.
Therefore he also likes to know the construction time for the new shed.
To compare the prices from invited contractors, the client has prepared a bidding list.
The client requires the bidding completed before he will accept any offer, whether from your company or some of the other invited bidding contractors.
Also make an invitation to tender (see example/template)

What is the price of the materials?
How long time does each process take to complete?

If case specific prices are not available in the catalogues then you may just decide on a price yourself (ex. the price for a door- you estimates the price: 1200 CNY
Or you may also search on the internet for China-level prices
Salary for the work is fixed to 100 CNY for 1 hour (in this exercise)
