Our Mission Statement
The mission of the Ringwood Public Schools School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate school counseling program that promotes the academic, career, and personal/social development of all students while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. In partnership with parent(s)/guardian(s), educators, and the
community we strive to prepare students to become effective learners, achieve
success in school, live rewarding lives, and develop into contributing members of
our society. Through a combination of individual counseling, group counseling, and
classroom guidance lessons, we will empower and support students to make
positive life choices, demonstrate good character, and become responsible
life-long learners.
