Genomic DNA was purified from Barrett's esophagus (lanes 2 and 3) and esophageal (lanes 4 and 5), gastric (lanes 6 and 7), and small (lanes 8 and 9) and large bowel (lanes 10 and 11) adenocarcinomas. Genomic DNA was also purified from colon carcinoma cell lines SW480 (lanes 12 and 13) and HT29 (lane 14). The DNA was amplified by PCR and digested by BstNI. Water control is in lane 1, and undigested DNA from SW480 cell line is in lane 13.
