Using the actual text of the Constitution (found on pages 60-71) your goal is to find concrete evidence of the “Principles of the Constitution.”
Your notes may serve as a outline for the topics you need to defend, but to clarify, you need to find (Honors) four / (Academic) two pieces of concrete evidence (provide Article, Section, Clause, and the entire quote) to support the following principles:
Popular Sovereignty
Rule of Law
Separation of Powers
Checks and Balances
Federalism
Supremacy of the Constitution (Law of the Land)*
