3. Part 1 Clean your patterned slide as on Tues
Mix 50 ml IrOx with 1 ml phage
Electrodeposit 10 minutes 7.5V
Mix sample
Electrodeposit minutes more
Should see purple pattern
Store in 50 ml conical in your drawer

4. TEM

5. Part 2 Mix equal volumes of your phage + IrOx
Holding grid by edge with tweezers, add 15 ul of IrOx phage
Rest 30’ undisturbed
Pipet to remove volume
Wash with 15 ul H2O (pipet on/off)
Walk to to meet Mark Allen
