1 Prom 2017 Under the city lights

2 Ticket Prices: $100 until February 15
No tickets will be sold after 2/15/17 No tickets will be sold during exam week You need a PROM CONTRACT to buy tickets Sold before and after school ONLY

3 Why do the ticket prices go up? -I hear you’ve asked-
No more waved shipping fees (we didn't have the $ to order early)  No more huge discounts for early ordering (because we couldn't without $) Must order what’s available and it’s usually the more expensive pieces Shorter time to work on building pieces so we have to buy pre-constructed pieces which cost more   SO … to encourage you to buy earlier so we can benefit from ALL OF THE ABOVE! and To make up for poor fundraising efforts

for decorations, invitations, and memorabilia alone: We have to order supplies form companies outside of our area Average cost to transform the cafeteria/commons per kit: S $500, M $1,500, L $4,000 Shipping fees: $100-$600 per kit depending on the size Taxes: $ (last years total on items ordered)

7 Where all that money goes:
$240-$360 Security $520 Clean-up $900 DJ/Photo Booth $600 Finger Foods $100 Drinks $25-$50 Dishware $600-$1000 Storage Fees Minimum needed before the pretty stuff: $3,530 Remainder of funds: Announcements, Memorabilia, Door Prizes, Giveaways, Crowns, and Decorations All prom money raised this year is spent on YOU! 2016 graduates raised $19, and we spent $19, on their prom experience
