WEEK MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY 1 Sub Sandwich Tamales Corn Dog Beef, Bean & Green Chile Burrito Toasted Cheese 2 Enchilada Crispito Hamburger Mini Tacos Pizza 3 Chicken Drum Stick Roll Beef Tacos Hot Dog Stuffed Pepperoni Sandwich Fish Sticks 4 Chicken Nuggets Pupusa Grilled Chicken Sandwich Pioneer Rib Patty Instructions: Type your school name & location at the top left Enter your menu items in the 4-week menu Double click on the 4 week chart Select the day that you would like to input your menu items Use Alt+Enter to go to the next line of text (you cannot simply press enter) Notice that your text will appear in the fx bar above Highlight the appropriate days in the 7 month calendar below Double click on the 7-month calendar chart Select the days that you would like to highlight (hold the Ctrl key to select more than one day or week at a time to highlight) Use the Fill Color button on the Home Tab to fill in with the appropriate color coding A lunch includes the selection of three or more of the components (meats/meat alternates, grains, vegetables, fruits, and fluid milk) and one of the components MUST be a minimum ½ cup of fruits and/or vegetables. For other components to be credited the student must have the minimum daily required serving for each component. A variety of fruits, vegetables, milk and other side dishes will be offered daily.
