Assign a spare phone or reassign an existing phone to another employee. To login to your Webportal go to and enter your User ID and Password.

Assign a spare phone or reassign an existing phone to another employee. Click on Users

Assign a spare phone or reassign an existing phone to another employee. Use the provided search bar to find the user you wish to replace or to find phones that are listed as spares. You can search for users by First Name, Last Name, Department, Phone Number, Address, or In Trunk Group. If you’d like to do a basic search of all users, Click search.

Assign a spare phone or reassign an existing phone to another employee. Click Edit next to the user you wish to replace or next to the spare phone that you wish to assign to a user.

Assign a spare phone or reassign an existing phone to another employee. Within that user’s profile or the profile of the spare phone, click Profile.

6 Assigning a Phone or Reassigning an Existing Phone To A New Employee
Assign a spare phone or reassign an existing phone to another employee. Fill in the Last Name, First Name, Department and any Additional Information for the user that you are adding.
