(A) A 67-yr-old morbidly obese man developed an inguinal wound dehiscence 9 d after lymphadenectomy. (B) Granulation tissue covered the entire wound surface after 2 wk of vacuum-assisted closure therapy. (C) At 3-mo follow-up, the wound was stable, and he had returned to his preoperative lifestyle.
