2. Spooky Setting
As the boy looked at the castle, lightning struck. It was
Cold and foggy, so he walked in the castle. He saw rusty
amour floating around the room. Spell books were
Scattered all over the old beat up castle. As the clock
struck midnight, he heard evil laughter coming
from the upstairs…

3. Spooky Character
There was a boy…He had red eyes and bright orange hair that sticks
out everywhere. Whenever he shakes his head, flames shoot out! He
Never went to school because he got expelled. His name was Ermie
McGargin. He was a trickster so nobody liked him.

4. Spooky Problem
Upon entering the castle, the boy, Ermie, stole a briefcase from a scarecrow.
The scarecrow starts following the boy all around. Why? How? What was in
that briefcase? Ermie was spooked out when the scarecrow stood at the front
door. Suddenly, it starts singing, “Thriller”! Then, to Ermie’s great surprise,
the scarecrow took off his mask! It was Michael Jackson! Next, he pulled
out a key and unlocked the briefcase…Inside there was…. CANDY!
