A, BT-474 cells were treated with the PI3Kα-specific inhibitor BYL-719 (5 μmol/L; left); MDA-MB-468 cells were treated with the PI3Kβ-specific inhibitor GSK A (1 μmol/L; center); CCRF-SB cells were treated with the PI3Kδ-specific inhibitor CAL101 (1 μmol/L; right). B, PTEN expression was induced in MDA-MB-468TR-PTEN cells by doxycycline (100 ng/mL). A and B, cells were collected at indicated times.
