Introduction The operational frame work for HIV/AIDS healthcare services is Uganda is headed by Uganda Aids Commission as the central policy body and line ministries with HIV/AIDS control Programs. Uganda government has a private public partnership law and various sector policies. 1.3 Partnership coordination:

Decentralized response

2.1 Infrastructure, Governance and Leadership (1)
Establishing public-private referral partnerships with the local private health service providers like drug shops, medical clinics, pharmacies and maternity centers is serving as an effective means of increasing the number of PLHIV who enroll and access care, support and treatment services. 12/2/2018 PRIVATE AND THE PUBLIC SECTORS & HEALTHCARE SERVICES BY ROBERT BASAZA

2.1 Infrastructure, Governance and Leadership (2)
The private Units have been accredited and access provide free Anti- retrovial treatment. Most of the National NGOs working from an existing infrastructure.
