2. 4” HPVR Testing Update
Proof test conducted at 30K and room temperature (2x).
Tested to working pressure (20Kpsi) 10x at room temperature.
Visual inspection of plug and o-ring conducted.
No damage to either plug or o-ring
O-ring was 80 duro FKM but material is not specified in 6A (PMR to address application)
Plug tested was manufactured from k material
Testing completed at -20F to +300F
Reporting – Per Tom Lambert – Still awaiting validation report from Stress Engineering. Tom will send design package for API file
No other HPVR sizes have been tested
