3 Assessments are the measurements of how and what students are learning
Assessments are the measurements of how and what students are learning. Assessments provide valuable objective and subjective information in order to ascertain the progress and skills of the students. Besides a score assessments gibe quantitative information about how much of the information tested was mastered and how much of the information held misconceptions. This allows analyzing which distractors they chose and why,

7 Why is Assessment Important
Students benefit by: Greater understanding of course content Greater opportunity of reaching goals Greater satisfaction from the course Assessments benefit not only the facilitators but also the students. By performing assessments students have a better chance of receiving the best out of their classes and have a better chance or reaching their personal goals. Facilitators will have an easier time teaching because their classes will be better organized and have all the tools available in advance giving facilitators more time to work with each student making sure that they are understanding the class and if there are questions the facilitator will have the time to work with them.

8 Take Notes When assessments are completed and plans for improvement are completed it is important to keep track of the data that was collected. Taking notes on each student will help the instructor focus on the individual needs and with development of lessons. Above all stay organized.
