4 Making the most out of today
SBRI Project Making the most out of today Supplier Day Pack Networking Registration for Q&A Session with ICT and Childrens Ward staff You will have all received a Supplier Pack when you registered this morning which is full of useful information along with a DVD. The DVD includes ‘Bryn’s Story’ and also has a small selection of basis Admission documentation for Childrens Ward and an Adult Ward from the Wrexham Maelor. Following the presentations you may stay in this room or alternatively make your way back into the Atrium where you can purchase lunch. The hospital canteen, Ramada Hotel and Morrisons are also within a short walking distance. We would strongly suggest that you use this time to network with other potential supplies and BCU Health Board Staff. The Project Team have received many questions in relation to ICT and the Ward. Following reading your pack if you have any further questions we have arranged for 10 minute slots to be booked for you with the relevant staff. These sessions are optional but if you would like to reserve a slot please visit the SBRI desk where you registered this morning. Could we kindly ask that no telephone calls are made to Childrens Ward. If you have any questions please the designated SBRI address, which is monitored daily and someone will get back to you. Thank you very much for your time today and we hope the day has proved useful to you. We look forward to all your ideas. 02/12/2018
