AgilePoint’s customer, East Lake Capital Management (ELCM), was attempting to capitalize on a new opportunity. It used a lot of Microsoft products and was also committed to some non-Microsoft products. It needed a solution that could call functionality from disparate systems yet also offer an intuitive user interface and a variety of pricing models. Due to its business process management capabilities and its deep integration and commitment to Office 365, ELMC turned to the AgilePoint NX, recently named a top-five low-code platform by Forrester Research.
