Motivators to move to Logic Apps
Modernization of Integration Meta-data driven flows / patterns. Business Agility & Accelerated development Serverless Computing + Managed services Manage and Control Costs with Usage Consumption based cost model Economy of scale Business Continuity Highly Available, cross region services

Where are we today : Platform Releases
AS2 X12 Pattern 1.0 Enabled Order to Cash flows for digital supply chain. Running Trade Integrations and all Custom Declarations transactions. Ready to retire our ‘Microsoft Azure BizTalk Services’ instance by end of July. -Will migrate in waves based on patterns XML / Non-EDI Pattern 2.0 AS2 EDIFACT Pattern 1.5

Learnings There are published limits for LAs; understand what they are
Consider the nature of flows you will create – high throughput or long running workflows Leverage the platform as much as possible for concurrency (SplitOn v/s ForEach) Understand the structure and behavior of your data (Batched v/s non-batched) Consider a SxS strategy to enable test in production In LA your delivery options are – ‘at least once’ or ‘at most once’ (not ‘only once’)
