They must understand how their roles relate to everyone else’s role.
They must do that “in the fear of God” (out of reverence for God, Christ).

Teachable: willing to listen & alter our point of view.
Approachable: easy & enjoyable to talk to.
Honest: committed to the truth, esp. as it relates to ourselves.
