Connexion by Boeing uses standard FSS satellites Uplink: – 14.5 GHz Downlinks in accordance with the regional allocation: 10.7 – GHz Satellites used include: Estrela do Sol, AMC, Intelsat SESAT, AsiaSat, Yamal, Superbird Uses the same FSS satellite transponders for both CBB’s aeronautical & maritime services Uses at least 2 transponders One forward link (to the MES) One return link (from the MES) Additional transponders can be added to increase capacity
