You may use the textbook, notes, or discuss your answers with a partner. Whatever you do, your answers MUST be original. Those who copy, will receive a ZERO on the assignment, and will redo the assignment.

September 23, 2015 Agenda: Review, Collect phones, Italian Renaissance Quiz, Reteach (if time allows) Directions: Use the sticky notes to write your name on and put it on your phone. I will come around to collect your phones for the quiz. You will get them back at the end of class. If you do not surrender your phone, and get caught with it, this results in a zero on the quiz.

Bellwork: Begin a new section of notes titled “Northern Renaissance”. Copy the following key terms and guiding questions to help you in taking notes: Key Terms and People: Johannes Gutenberg, Erasmus, Sir Thomas More, Shakespeare, Christine de Pisan, Albrecht Durer, Jan van Eyck Guiding Questions: How did the Renaissance spread to northern Europe? What contributions did writers and philosophers make to the northern Renaissance? How did the works of northern artist differ from those of the Italian Renaissance?
