Students Incorporation of real time data and predictive analytics to demonstrate and inform opportunities for students, employers and university. Engagement: Go to where the students are: philosophy & structure. Engagement of students (and others) in constructed understanding of services and opportunities. Create structure to the concept “career readiness” and what is looks like institutionally.
