RESEARCH FOCUS Support growing global presence Aids potential influence of multicultural experiences Societal Culture Globalization Country’s Culture Organizational Culture E-Mentoring Culture Individual Culture Mentoring Relationship This research aims to explore global e-mentoring experiences and a potential influence of multicultural experiences. Data will be collected via interview design to gain an in-depth understanding of e-mentoring experiences. Questions are aimed to get participants to share how they felt about a particular experience and about how cultural differences influence their e-mentoring experience.
